Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Ersan Adalı who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Namık Hinoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Namık Hinoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute of play. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 30th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namık Hinoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Namık Hinoğlu. Namık Hinoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 32nd minute Ersan Adalı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ☾★ кıяşєнιяѕρσя ☾★'s Namık Hinoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 34th minute of play. Namık Hinoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Bülent Polatkan hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. Karem Eagles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ersan Adalı was the one to do the kick off. The corner led to Ecuador's Cristian Sancho getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.
