Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Honduras's Edmundo Espiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match, Ivo Loureiro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lautaro Navarro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cipriano Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Sebastian Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 14 minutes, Anthimos Tsoulkas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Demolidor de Campeões's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthimos Tsoulkas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Fernando Camavinga made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. The supporters of Demolidor de Campeões booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Catarinense having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivo Loureiro in the 30th minute. In the 33rd match minute, Demolidor de Campeões was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Camavinga to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Rodrigo Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Demolidor de Campeões's Gilberto Tande got a free kick in the 38th minute. Rodrigo Fernandez scored 1-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Rodrigo Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anthimos Tsoulkas to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthimos Tsoulkas in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Loureiro in the 57th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Demolidor de Campeões's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Edmundo Espiga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cipriano Catarinense quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo Loureiro in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Moises Tafalla hit a great ball. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthimos Tsoulkas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Anthimos Tsoulkas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 79 played minutes Demolidor de Campeões got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Coutinho. Rodrigo Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, one of Honduras:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Honduras. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Demolidor de Campeões. Murillo Coutinho stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lautaro Navarro. 3-0. In the 95th minute, Moises Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivo Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demolidor de Campeões's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
