Joaquin Gayoso didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Blue Angels's Alf Björk shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Alf Björk put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Patrik Skark scored 1-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 1-4 became the score in the 30th minute when Alf Björk elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 37thth minute of the game Alf Björk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Björk in the 40th minute of play. Alf Björk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Carvallo.

The supporters of Blue Angels booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Uruguay's goalie and right to Oscar Lindström. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Uruguay's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 56th minute of the game Thomas Rogne made a throw-in which Hassan Yusuf played forward. Maximiliano Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Blue Angels's Alf Björk. But to his dismay, Alf Björk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alf Björk's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Arturo Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Aleksandar Ivanov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Gayoso skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrik Skark got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patrik Skark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Alf Björk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso, 1-6. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Björk in the 87th minute of play. Blue Angels made a substitution. Ted Björk replaced Johan Bangsbo. Patrik Skark hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Patrik Skark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Blue Angels walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
