Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Gaona took the kick off in the first half of the match. Göpsen FC's Anselmo Furlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 5th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pantelija Bou got free with Dante Lacasa in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Anselmo Furlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pantelija Bou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Anselmo Furlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Yunus Canver got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Anselmo Furlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Furlan having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Göpsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Anselmo Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Anselmo Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Felix Luque was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Göpsen FC the free kick. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Felix Luque hit a great ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Joel Gaona got a free kick in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Pantelija Bou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Anselmo Furlan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 62 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Yunus Canver came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Göpsen FC's Yunus Canver. But to his dismay, Yunus Canver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Beltran De Paula came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Furlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yunus Canver in the 80th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Göpsen FC's Cihan Babacan got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Mexico's Facundo Cadaval to fire away a dangerous shot which Anselmo Furlan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Anselmo Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 89th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla scored 2-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Furlan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
