Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Su Yuan Yu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. Real Racing Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Su Yuan Yu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. Real Racing Club's Jose Primo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matthew Garrido in the 9 minute of the game. Celso Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Su Yuan Yu. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Panama booed when Real Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Du didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th match minute, Real Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Salvino to maneuver through the defense. Su Yuan Yu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Real Racing Club's Arnaldo Solustiano got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Berganza during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Matthew Garrido in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Real Racing Club's Jose Primo. Gao Fei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Jose Primo's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Primo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Panama booed when Real Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Primo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Tomas Berganza got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 83 played minutes Real Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Jose Primo. Real Racing Club's Jose Primo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felipe Ros, made in the 86th minute of the game. In the 88th minute, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gao Fei. Gao Fei yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Real Racing Club were victorious despite being under pressure from Panama for much of the match.
