Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Otsoko in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 15 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dave Macchia who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Dave Macchia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 18 minutes into the match, D10S's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Enrique Suero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Suero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Federico Otsoko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Enrique Suero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Enrique Suero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes D10S got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Ihintza. Ronald Koeman kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Otsoko to make the kick off. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Otsoko in the 75th minute of play. D10S made a substitution. Mieszko Ciechocki replaced Federico Otsoko. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 85th minute. The corner led to Ecuador's Luis Andino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Enrique Suero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 91 played minutes D10S got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Jenaro. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than D10S throughout the match.
