Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the game, Gervasio Vela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 6 minutes into the match, Departamento 912's Erasmo Bermudez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Departamento 912's Erubiel Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 10th minute of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Vela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Departamento 912 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Gervasio Vela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 24th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gervasio Vela sent off a good shot on target. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gervasio Vela made a kick off. Departamento 912's Bernhard Ocariz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Salvador Gisbert, made in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 55th minute, Gervasio Vela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes Departamento 912 got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Loreto. In the 64th minute, Gervasio Vela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Departamento 912's Augusto Tiniebra was substituted for Domingos Iaki. Departamento 912's Jeronimo Manni was substituted for Gervasio Vela. 80 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Manni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Manni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Jeronimo Manni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernhard Ocariz made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Departamento 912's Jeronimo Manni. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Manni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 95 minutes into the match, Departamento 912's goalkeeper Erubiel Hernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
