Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Teo De Jonge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ferdinand Weijnants showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when KFC Vliegplein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Weijnants didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octaaf Bosmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute, Octaaf Bosmans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KFC Vliegplein fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ferdinand Weijnants received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Eddy Laporte came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 minutes, Eddy Laporte made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Eddy Laporte came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the KFC Vliegplein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddy Laporte couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddy Laporte in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eddy Laporte made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddy Laporte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Ferdinand Weijnants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. When Paul-Louis Jannes came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the KFC Vliegplein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul-Louis Jannes couldn't finish the play. Teo De Jonge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 68th minute. Eddy Laporte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Piet Van Bostraeten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferdinand Weijnants went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 87 minutes into the match, Eddy Laporte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eddy Laporte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 92 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's Octaaf Bosmans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Venezuela's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
