Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Blochowiak. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nina fc's goalkeeper Higinio Sansone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eliseo Mina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Sansone was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Julian Murillo sped through Nina fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Higinio Sansone. 13 minutes into the match, Nina fc's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Higinio Sansone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nina fc's Rubens Prata in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Nina fc's Rubens Prata. But to his dismay, Rubens Prata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 27 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Stelian Nandriș. In the 30th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Sansone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Sansone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milagros Fraga in the 33rd minute of the match. Peru's Luz Tejedor got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Rubens Prata came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubens Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nina fc's Higinio Sansone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 38th minute of play. The throw-in from Stelian Nandriș in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubens Prata in the 44th minute of the match. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 47th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Higinio Sansone quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nina fc's Saul Macerio was substituted for Rubens Prata. After the first half Peru were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saul Macerio to make the kick off. With a little luck, Nina fc's Higinio Sansone got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alonso Berganza made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Moises Gayoso immediately put the ball in play. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Sansone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Milagros Fraga took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Higinio Sansone. Higinio Sansone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Saul Macerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. Higinio Sansone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Sansone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Macerio in the 83rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The throw-in from Sergio Berti in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The audience was convinced that Rafael Gallo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Sansone was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Saul Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. In the 100th minute Fulgencio Romildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
