In the 9th minute, Sebastian Villa made a precise shot to the right of 龙云战. Prasert Genius's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 15th match minute, Prasert Genius was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 方风鹏 to maneuver through the defense. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Lautaro Navarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 28 minutes into the match, 叶镇桑 notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 龙云战 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A well done corner resulted in Moises Tafalla drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind Prasert Genius's goalkeeper. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 龙云战 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Honduras were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Prasert Genius defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 龙云战. The Prasert Genius fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 龙云战 should have stopped the shot. In the 57th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. 龙云战 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 60th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 龙云战 saved Prasert Genius from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 钱梁广 in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. In the 70th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 龙云战. 龙云战 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 龙云战 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Prasert Genius getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. 武霆潮 hit a great ball. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute 武霆潮 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when 黄昆傲 made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 龙云战 having to interfere. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 武霆潮 in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Prasert Genius.
