Emil Kostadinov was slow to take the kick. During this time Plebeyos's players had a chance to rest. Emil Kostadinov made a great header on Plebeyos's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. Kåre Uter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Plebeyos's Aaden Hutton got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arsenio Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 8th minute of the match. Aaden Hutton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. The corner ended in Kåre Uter almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares did a great save. Colombia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Aaden Hutton 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Aaden Hutton succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 28th playminute. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arsenio Cordeal. Arsenio Cordeal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Aaden Hutton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaden Hutton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Axel Montenegro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Arsenio Cordeal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 47 minutes into the match, Colombia's Kevin Mastache sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Cordeal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Aaden Hutton made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Plebeyos booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santino Seco hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. 68 minutes into the game, Clemente Fe threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Orlando Tafalla quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 69th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaden Hutton struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plebeyos. Plebeyos made a substitution. Pedro Monzon replaced Carlos Monzón. With his leg Arsenio Cordeal managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Colombia's Abram Secada fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arsenio Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Colombia's Ignacio Mastache in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Plebeyos's goalie prevented a goal. Arsenio Cordeal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ignacio Mastache's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Plebeyos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
