Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristo Cordara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cristo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristo Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 18 minutes Royal Knights FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Hudson Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristo Cordara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute. Ecuador's Luis Andino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cristo Cordara in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play forced Royal Knights FC's goalkeeper Cristo Cordara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Cordara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristo Cordara was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 41st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Cordara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes Royal Knights FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Felix Montenegro got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 43 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 52 played minutes Royal Knights FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Corrêa. In the 54th match minute, Royal Knights FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manu Smets to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristo Cordara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristo Cordara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Royal Knights FC defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Cordara. The Royal Knights FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Cordara should have stopped the shot. In the 74th minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristo Cordara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 蔡辉海 kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Valle in the 83rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Royal Knights FC's goalkeeper Cristo Cordara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. The Royal Knights FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
