After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Maarten Stubbe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector-Luis Palomar in the 27th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maarten Stubbe got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hector-Luis Palomar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector-Luis Palomar in the 37th minute of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Virgilio Chepe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector-Luis Palomar, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector-Luis Palomar in the 57th minute of the match. Maarten Stubbe scored 3-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Virgilio Chepe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Chepe in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Virgilio Chepe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hector-Luis Palomar scored 5-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SuperFuerza TM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
