Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Nico Jamieson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Urmas Känsäkangas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urmas Känsäkangas having to interfere. Urmas Känsäkangas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 14th minute of play. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after SK Gullegem's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Mathias-Alexander Jamieson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mathias-Alexander Jamieson kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Urmas Känsäkangas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after SK Gullegem's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas managed to reach the ball for a save. Mathias-Alexander Jamieson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias-Alexander Jamieson, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SK Gullegem's Urmas Känsäkangas. Urmas Känsäkangas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hannes Jamieson in the 41st minute. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hannes Jamieson got free with Dante Lacasa in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Urmas Känsäkangas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 46th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cedrik Langendonckx during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hannes Jamieson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Felix Luque hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. SK Gullegem's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 68 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. 70 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's goalkeeper Urmas Känsäkangas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 70th minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Jamieson in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Bram Jamieson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 83 minutes SK Gullegem's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 84 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of SK Gullegem booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SK Gullegem throughout the match.
