Ali Güralp Cesman made in the 10th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ömer Cerme. In the 12th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ömer Cerme. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ding Carlos might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ding Carlos ran back to his position shaking his head. After 23 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Art Hauschildt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Art Hauschildt having to make a save. 33 minutes into the match, Jack-Peter Grealish dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-1. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind ADANACAN's goalkeeper Art Hauschildt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ding Carlos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ADANACAN's Art Hauschildt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Art Hauschildt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ADANACAN's goalkeeper Art Hauschildt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th match minute, ADANACAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cengizhan Yunus to maneuver through the defense. Jack-Peter Grealish fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Art Hauschildt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 69th minute, Jack-Peter Grealish got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute Ding Carlos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack-Peter Grealish in the 75th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Gisbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Art Hauschildt having to interfere. When ADANACAN's Jack-Peter Grealish in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The tension between the ADANACAN and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Venezuela made a substitution. Roberto Ocampo replaced Patricio Costa. In the 96th minute, Guillermo Phelipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the ADANACAN players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
