The throw-in from Erkan Fişek in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Olcay Orkun Gökekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Egun Zapico successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 12 minutes into the match, Burak Orkan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burak Orkan in the 17th minute of play. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Burak Orkan sped through Peru's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. With a little luck, ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's Egun Zapico got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute Mehmet Hakkı Kuthan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Hakkı Kuthan in the 35th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Egun Zapico. ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Burak Orkan made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Mehmet Hakkı Kuthan hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Mehmet Hakkı Kuthan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After 60 minutes ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 63rd minute of play forced ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's goalkeeper Egun Zapico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egun Zapico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luz Tejedor took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egun Zapico. Egun Zapico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ's Sultan Yasin was substituted for Burak Orkan. Şenol Akbaba struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. 94 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sultan Yasin. When the final whistle went the supporters of ṨOḰᾋḰ ĿᾋṂϐᾋṨἿ ™ﻨ were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Peru side.
