The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Ludwig Kamper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Long Gang Sen saved FC Fura Balizas from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 15th minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Long Gang Sen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 16th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Fura Balizas's goalie and right to Luis Cazalla. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Fura Balizas's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Long Gang Sen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 18th minute of the match. Long Gang Sen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Ludwig Kamper received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Ludwig Kamper slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. After 31 played minutes FC Fura Balizas got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Kamper. Long Gang Sen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Fura Balizas getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Matias Leal hit a great ball. A hard shot 43 in the game by Ludwig Kamper from a close distance when the talented Pedro Manzanares managed to make a qualified save. Colombia's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 45th minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Long Gang Sen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

A sloppy throw-in by Raul Lameirinhas in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Kevin Mastache. Cassiano Peralta kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 54th managed to get into a good position. Kevin Mastache blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Long Gang Sen having to make a save. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício Lopes in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute Ludwig Kamper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Kamper in the 66th minute of the match. Ludwig Kamper's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. After 69 played minutes FC Fura Balizas got a freekick which was hit by Matias Leal. Ludwig Kamper scored 3-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kevin Mastache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Long Gang Sen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Fura Balizas's Eugeniusz Sanocki was substituted for Ludwig Kamper. FC Fura Balizas's Cândido Cabral was substituted for Mario Azeari. In the 90th minute, Santino Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Long Gang Sen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Fura Balizas defense, Santino Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Long Gang Sen. The FC Fura Balizas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Long Gang Sen should have stopped the shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
