Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tito Chayo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 6thth minute of the game Felix Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Tito Chayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play forced Nippur de Lagash 2's goalkeeper Tito Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tito Chayo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Casimiro Cordarell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes Nippur de Lagash 2 got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Navarro. In the 32nd minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tito Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute. Primitivo Andino made in the 36th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cristian Sancho however managed to control. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the game, Reynaldo De Mitri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nippur de Lagash 2's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Reynaldo De Mitri hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hernan Lehen to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Benjamin Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Felix Montenegro in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nippur de Lagash 2's Benjamin Navarro. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Lehen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 60 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Oliviero, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Tito Chayo made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After 65 minutes Nippur de Lagash 2's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Nippur de Lagash 2's Tobias Uxio was substituted for Sixto Ariando. In the 77th minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Felix Montenegro played forward. The throw-in from Primitivo Andino in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nippur de Lagash 2's Benjamin Navarro. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Nippur de Lagash 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo De Mitri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 84th minute of play.
