Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tedj Sellal started the match with the kick off. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Afiz Ching reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afiz Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of the match. Afiz Ching took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Bolivar's goalie and right to Luis Andino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Bolivar's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Afiz Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 36th minute of the match. Afiz Ching took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Bolivar getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Bruno Pasquino hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Afiz Ching in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bolivar's Afiz Ching got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Afiz Ching in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 76th minute Alexandru Boșneag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afiz Ching having to make a save. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Hamid Merah-Benida ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Alexandru Boșneag sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Afiz Ching showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 95th minute of the match. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
