After a rather tough play, Liverpool FC's Ilmo Möksy got a free kick in the 12th minute. A collision led to Liverpool FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Paul Vauhkonen hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, Tuukka Liimatainen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. After 21 played minutes Liverpool FC got a freekick which was hit by Tuukka Liimatainen. Arttu Kuhta got a throw-in 28 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kustaa Esala. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Taito Turpeinen took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. In the 37th minute, Kustaa Esala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liverpool FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 40 minutes into the match, Kustaa Esala notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Liverpool FC's Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Liverpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Vauhkonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Taito Turpeinen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 73rd minute of the match. Liverpool FC's Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kustaa Esala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liverpool FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
