Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Lorenzo Santa María made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Santiago Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Nico Bueno. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Dan Cambridge made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Dan Cambridge in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauan Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 8thth minute of the game Cauan Favoretto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Santiago Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Dan Cambridge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Cambridge having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Lorenzo Santa María hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 18 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dan Cambridge to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Santiago Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Gonzalo Mangas hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Santiago Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Dan Cambridge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dan Cambridge was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Santiago Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Dan Cambridge, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Cambridge having to interfere. Dan Cambridge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Lorenzo Santa María hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cauan Favoretto got free with Julio Vera in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gonzalo Mangas kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Santiago Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Arósio to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Santiago Futebol Clube's Enrique Arósio got a free kick in the 75th minute. Dan Cambridge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. Santiago Futebol Clube made a substitution. Francisco Zanette replaced Nico Bueno. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dan Cambridge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute, Cauan Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
