Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Pontes having to interfere. Betão Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 9th minute of play. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 10th minute. Panama's Abraham Alguacil was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Betão Pontes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Betão Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Betão Pontes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 19thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Witomir Misiorowski kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Cezary Kasiewski hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 22nd minute of play forced GKS Katowice's goalkeeper Betão Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. 25 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Betão Pontes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Konrad Komanski charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konrad Komanski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes GKS Katowice got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Komanski. Betão Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Olgierd Cwojdak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Konrad Komanski lost his temper 38 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 46 minutes into the match, GKS Katowice's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Betão Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The GKS Katowice players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Panama were winning 0-4.

GKS Katowice made a substitution. Lucjan Werra replaced Ludomir Zacharek. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucjan Werra was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Berganza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Betão Pontes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Olgierd Cwojdak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Lucjan Werra made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olgierd Cwojdak in the 64th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 64th minute. Betão Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 66th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Tomas Berganza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Betão Pontes. That made the score 1-5 after 69 minutes of play. Betão Pontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 78th minute. Betão Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 89th minute of play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão Pontes having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Tomas Berganza fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Panama had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
