The supporters of Bolivia booed when Otrocz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ksawery Fleischer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Ismael Tejedor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Otrocz's Hieronim Walczyk got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Alfredo Ferrant fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Alfredo Ferrant a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alfredo Ferrant hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ksawery Fleischer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Otrocz's supporters rose to their feet, but Ksawery Fleischer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Freixa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Mario Fernandino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bolivia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Ignacy Klewinski kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. A collision led to Otrocz getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Kazimierz Bambas hit a great ball. In the 39th match minute, Otrocz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Rekawiczka to maneuver through the defense. After 40 played minutes, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Szczepan Winszman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bolivia reached it. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hieronim Walczyk in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Fernandino to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Fleischer came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mario Fernandino came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Fernandino couldn't finish the play. Ignacy Klewinski kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Eduardo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otrocz's attentive Karol Ciszewski managed to snatch the ball when Alfredo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. After 62 played minutes Otrocz got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Walczyk. Szczepan Winszman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso de la Cruz in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Otrocz getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Wincent Zdanowicz hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso de la Cruz. After 78 played minutes Otrocz got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Walczyk. Camilo Freixa made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Ksawery Fleischer sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Julio Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
