Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aureliusz Marchefka got the match started through his kick off. Souad Brahimi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 12th minute. In the 16th minute Aureliusz Marchefka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Honduras booed when KKS Lech Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliusz Marchefka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Souad Brahimi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Ivan Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th match minute, KKS Lech Poznań was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Raflewski to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Souad Brahimi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmundo Espiga in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Souad Brahimi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Souad Brahimi managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Souad Brahimi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Izydor Wasikowski with Jedrzej Rudy as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 66 minutes, Luca Espinar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the KKS Lech Poznań players grew even worse after the yellow card. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliks Fafinski in the 68th minute of play. A very good chance. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. Honduras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
