Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmundo Espiga got the match started through his kick off. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Novella. Alvise Sisti had several of the Honduras's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Lautaro Navarro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Octavio Chico, made in the 14th minute of the game. The supporters of Honduras booed when Prato Valera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Zulli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 17 in the game by Alvise Sisti from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Honduras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Prato Valera:s goal. When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Prato Valera's Aldo Novella got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michelangelo Menduni having to interfere. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 33rd minute. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Prato Valera's Michelangelo Menduni managed to reach the ball for a save. Michelangelo Menduni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Lucas Orlandus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Prato Valera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Zulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvise Sisti to make the kick off. Alvise Sisti struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prato Valera. 52 minutes into the match, Prato Valera's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Michelangelo Menduni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvise Sisti in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Emiliano Zulli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvise Sisti might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvise Sisti ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucas Orlandus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Prato Valera's Emiliano Zulli got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milagros Cabal during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 84 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michelangelo Menduni, 4-1. Alvise Sisti scored 5-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alvise Sisti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Sebastian Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Prato Valera fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
