Despite this Zhang Hong Xun quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dario Bessa hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Asmussen in the 13th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zhang Hong Xun came out and tried to block the shot, but Mariano Lacasa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Asmussen, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Tabalongo AFC's Zhang Hong Xun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 55th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 59th minute of play forced Tabalongo AFC's goalkeeper Zhang Hong Xun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Binjamin Ketelerss short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Asmussen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tabalongo AFC made a substitution. Filip Frankowski replaced Binjamin Ketelers. In the 71st minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhang Hong Xun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Vinkens in the 73rd minute of the match. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Constancio Jaque struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabalongo AFC. 84 minutes into the match, Tabalongo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Zhang Hong Xun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Constancio Jaque kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 邵南响 in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邵南响 in the 89th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thiago Pliego was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Filip Frankowski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filip Frankowski really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. The Chile supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tabalongo AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tabalongo AFC.
