Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marin Covrig's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play forced PamantDeFlori's goalkeeper Ivan Popete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, PamantDeFlori's Pompiliu Pamfil got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Popete skillfully saved the ball. In the 21st minute Remus Simionaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Simionaş in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, PamantDeFlori's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ivan Popete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Popete was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 played minutes PamantDeFlori got a freekick which was hit by Vladimír Salaba. PamantDeFlori's Ivan Popete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Remus Simionaş recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Remus Simionaş showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marin Covrig in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Popete saved PamantDeFlori from getting behind. After 46 minutes, Emiliano Umanzor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PamantDeFlori and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ecuador's Diego Mancebo was substituted for Agustín Saelices.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ivan Popete made a huge save. PamantDeFlori's Ivan Popete proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save PamantDeFlori from getting a goal against them. PamantDeFlori's Ivan Popete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 60th minute of play. A hard shot 62 in the game by Cristian Sancho from a close distance when the talented Ivan Popete managed to make a qualified save. PamantDeFlori's players were relieved. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PamantDeFlori's Ivan Popete did a great save. PamantDeFlori's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mircea Siteavu in the 67th minute. 74 minutes into the game, Juan Sebastián Puig recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivan Popete. Juan Sebastián Puig showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. In the 78thth minute of the game Marin Covrig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marin Covrig in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, PamantDeFlori's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Ivan Popete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivan Popete. That made the score 2-3 in the 88 minute of play. In the 92nd minute Antonio Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Popete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PamantDeFlori throughout the match.
