Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off. John Forsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Codrin Dersidan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Academia D3c3bal FC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Academia D3c3bal FC's Codrin Dersidan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 13 minutes into the game, Pavel Logofătu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia D3c3bal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. Pavel Logofătu hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that John Forsberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John Forsberg's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After 18 minutes, Lucrețiu Oloieru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia D3c3bal FC and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Academia D3c3bal FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lucrețiu Oloieru hit a great ball. With a little luck, Academia D3c3bal FC's Nechifor Baștină got control of the ball when Jaime Cazalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 played minutes, Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nechifor Baștină came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Uruguay reached it. Jaime Cazalla struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Nechifor Baștină didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codrin Dersidan in the 28th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Stoicescu in the 30th minute of play. Maximiliano Escribano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nechifor Baștină firmly grabbed it by the left post. Academia D3c3bal FC's Codrin Dersidan got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nechifor Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Codrin Dersidan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Academia D3c3bal FC's Codrin Dersidan got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Forsberg made a kick off. Nechifor Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 53rd minute of play. After 56 played minutes Academia D3c3bal FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Hogaș. In the 57th minute, Jaime Cazalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nechifor Baștină showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Codrin Dersidan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Gisbert succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Pavel Logofătu got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. If Remus Stoicescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 74 played minutes Academia D3c3bal FC got a freekick which was hit by Aron Dărmănescu. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nechifor Baștină tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aron Dărmănescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. After having played for 80 minutes, John Forsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia D3c3bal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Forsberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 played minutes Academia D3c3bal FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucrețiu Oloieru. Academia D3c3bal FC's John Forsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Maximiliano Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute John Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
