In the 4th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Hamdi Sancar. After 11 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zenon Gongola who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s Zenon Gongola to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play forced ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s goalkeeper Yağız Gazzali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Silvestre Chuan managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Chuan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Tayyip Nuh managed to get in a good position for a shot. ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Tayyip Nuh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yağız Gazzali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s Silvestre Chuan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Yağız Gazzali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s Yağız Gazzali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play. Cezmi Toralp hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Chuan got free with Julio Vera in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s Yağız Gazzali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of play. In the 49th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Chuan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tayyip Nuh took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 63rd match minute, ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Hamdi Sancar to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mai Shi Zheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yağız Gazzali came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. Atahan İçöz hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Yağız Gazzali made a huge save. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yağız Gazzali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yağız Gazzali came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 played minutes ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ got a freekick which was hit by Atahan İçöz. After 95 played minutes ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ got a freekick which was hit by Atahan İçöz. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
