Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tayyip Nuh in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 5th minute Silvestre Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Mehmet Hamdi Sancar tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mai Shi Zheng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Tayyip Nuh came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Zenon Gongola got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvestre Chuan in the 26th minute. After 38 played minutes ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★ got a freekick which was hit by Mai Shi Zheng. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Chuan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Tayyip Nuh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Tayyip Nuh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağız Gazzali having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Chuan in the 59th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rigoberto Mina fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Rigoberto Mina a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. If Tayyip Nuh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tayyip Nuh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yağız Gazzali having to make a save. 68 minutes into the game, Tayyip Nuh cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Chuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 75 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. ☾★ ғc çι̇çεк∂αğι ☾★'s Yağız Gazzali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 78th minute of play. After 81st play minutes Tayyip Nuh shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 89th minute, Atahan İçöz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
