The supporters of Fifth Chicken booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edílson Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edílson Souza in the 46th minute of play. Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edílson Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Edílson Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Herbert Bobrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dobri Koks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fifth Chicken's Kazimierz Sliwinski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lautaro Navarro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee gave Fifth Chicken a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mieszko Borkowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Tipinski in the 77th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Waldemar Tipinski came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Fifth Chicken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Tipinski couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fifth Chicken's Mieszko Borkowski. But to his dismay, Mieszko Borkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. When Fifth Chicken's Waldemar Tipinski in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Waldemar Tipinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. 96 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Siekierski came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honduras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
