Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Charlie Bjurström made the kick off which started today's match. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Bjurström in the 7th minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 played minutes DFP got a freekick which was hit by Thor Hasselqvist. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Vallengren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stefano Lilipaly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Vallengren having to make a save. Joel Vallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute DFP were awarded a corner. Kennet Martinsson went to the cornerflag to take it. DFP's Kennet Martinsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 35 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefano Lilipaly. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Joel Vallengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Vallengren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefano Lilipaly in the 48th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. If Charlie Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the match, DFP's goalkeeper Joel Vallengren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. After 59 minutes, Camilo Gisbert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the DFP players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. Charlie Bjurström struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DFP. After having played for 62 minutes, Charlie Bjurström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DFP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charlie Bjurström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to DFP getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Charlie Bjurström hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefano Lilipaly in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Joel Vallengren however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Joel Vallengren in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind DFP's goalkeeper Joel Vallengren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after DFP's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DFP's Joel Vallengren did a great save. Daniel Zorita's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Joel Vallengren - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 77th minute. After 80 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. DFP's Joel Vallengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 84th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Charlie Bjurström managed to get in a good position for a shot. DFP's supporters rose to their feet, but Charlie Bjurström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefano Lilipaly, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 96th minute Charlie Bjurström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
