Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rdth minute of the game Edílson Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Fifth Chicken booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edílson Souza in the 7th minute. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edílson Souza went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Edílson Souza might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edílson Souza ran back to his position shaking his head. Edílson Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Costa Rica's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edílson Souza 25 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. After 27 minutes of play, Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edílson Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edílson Souza in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Fifth Chicken got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kazimierz Sliwinski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edílson Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Edílson Souza might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edílson Souza ran back to his position shaking his head. Edílson Souza had several of the Costa Rica's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Benito Sanz as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as Edílson Souza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 6-0 in the 45 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fifth Chicken made a substitution. Mieszko Borkowski replaced Kazimierz Sliwinski. Fifth Chicken made a substitution. Kazimierz Siekierski replaced Herbert Bobrowski. Fifth Chicken's Waldemar Tipinski was substituted for Edílson Souza. 71 minutes into the game, Fifth Chicken's Waldemar Tipinski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waldemar Tipinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute, Waldemar Tipinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldemar Tipinski went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waldemar Tipinski in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Waldemar Tipinski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. If Kazimierz Siekierski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fifth Chicken's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
