The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Peru's Emmanuel Reyes got a free kick in the 4th minute. Tao Yu Qing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 10th minute, Eliseo Mina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tao Yu Qing was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Emmanuel Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 22 minutes ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tao Yu Qing came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jiang Ke Zhan hit a great ball. In the 28th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tao Yu Qing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tao Yu Qing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 29th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milagros Fraga immediately put the ball in play. 31 minutes into the match, ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Tao Yu Qing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Tao Yu Qing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Tinoco was the one to do the kick off. ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's attentive Luisinho Xande managed to snatch the ball when Emmanuel Reyes made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeu Loyola in the 59th minute of the match. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ's Tadeu Loyola. But to his dismay, Tadeu Loyola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tao Yu Qing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Will Vrins in the 92 minute of the game. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru played a much better game than ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ and deserved their victory. The ATLÉTICO PAULISTA - CIMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
