Denis Lobonț hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Alfonso de la Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihai Predoiu having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Fontirroig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mihai Predoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 24th minute of the match. Bolivia were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after -Bucovina Siret-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mario Fernandino took the corner. The corner led Bolivia's Mario Fernandino to fire away a dangerous shot which Mihai Predoiu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alfonso de la Cruz came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mihai Predoiu could save by the left post. After some careless play in the -Bucovina Siret- defense, Mario Fernandino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihai Predoiu. The -Bucovina Siret- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihai Predoiu should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florin Hurezan to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Marina came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihai Predoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Fontirroig went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Mario Fernandino made a precise shot to the right of Mihai Predoiu. -Bucovina Siret-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Alfonso de la Cruz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The supporters of -Bucovina Siret- booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso de la Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in -Bucovina Siret-'s zone, Eduardo Fontirroig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihai Predoiu came out of the goal and Eduardo Fontirroig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mihai Predoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 86th minute of play. When Eduardo Fontirroig fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Eduardo Fontirroig a yellow card for diving instead. Eduardo Fontirroig kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Mario Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Francisco Gallo hit a great ball. Bolivia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
