Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Lei in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Lv Lei tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Alex Chicote in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KOO Tigers's John Lim. After 35 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by John Lim. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halil Utku Evvah having to interfere. Lv Lei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lv Lei struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KOO Tigers.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lv Lei to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lv Lei in the 52nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KOO Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Lv Lei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lv Lei in the 80th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Lei, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lv Lei in the 83rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Lei, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lv Lei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Venezuela booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lv Lei didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KOO Tigers fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
