Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuukka Liimatainen in the 10th minute of play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kustaa Esala in the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Tasis got free with Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aaron Alcocer's late challenge caught a Liverpool FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Alcocer helped the player get up and apologised. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match Taito Turpeinen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Liverpool FC's Kustaa Esala in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Liverpool FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Liverpool FC's Kustaa Esala looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kustaa Esala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Liverpool FC's Viljami Virtala. But to his dismay, Viljami Virtala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Kustaa Esala might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kustaa Esala ran back to his position shaking his head. Taito Turpeinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Kustaa Esala came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Axel Tasis.

Kustaa Esala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Kustaa Esala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liverpool FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kustaa Esala in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kustaa Esala. In the 68th minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 69th minute of the match Aaron Alcocer completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aaron Alcocer a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 70th minute. Benito Sanz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Taito Turpeinen. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taito Turpeinen in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alan Moruga got a free kick in the 77th minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuukka Liimatainen in the 82nd minute of play. When Liverpool FC's Taito Turpeinen in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alexander Carballo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Liverpool FC's Taito Turpeinen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Costa Rica.
