Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. If Hayri Yetişbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hayri Yetişbey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hayri Yetişbey in the 14th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes JACKALS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Kayhan Açıkgün. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayri Yetişbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Kayhan Açıkgün tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayri Yetişbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, JACKALS F.C.'s Hayri Yetişbey got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Camilo Gaos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erdinç Yasık showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erdinç Yasık breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Venezuela booed when JACKALS F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kayhan Açıkgün didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Sefa Özekan notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Erdinç Yasık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sefa Özekan in the 73rd minute of the match. If Hayri Yetişbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erdinç Yasık made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 82nd minute. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Erdinç Yasık took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The JACKALS F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
