Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amine Philibert in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th match minute, Ground Control was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amine Philibert to maneuver through the defense. Pascal Trefzer made in the 10th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paraguay's Xavier Zoido. When Pascal Trefzer fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ground Control's protests and gave Pascal Trefzer a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ground Control's Pascal Trefzer got a free kick in the 17th minute. Jaime Pardo charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Pardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Amine Philibert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paraguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Amine Philibert scored to the left of an out of position Jacobo Nores, making the score, 1-0. Ground Control's attentive Batiste Lassalle managed to snatch the ball when Jose Sanz made a throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Amine Philibert could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Jacobo Nores however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Amine Philibert kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. Amine Philibert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Nores read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Hector Covarrubias suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Batiste Lassalle during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes Ground Control got a freekick which was hit by Batiste Lassalle. Amine Philibert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacobo Nores came out and tried to block the shot, but Amine Philibert slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Pardo to make the kick off. Ground Control's attentive Batiste Lassalle managed to snatch the ball when Jose Sanz made a throw-in in the 54th minute of the game. In the 55th minute, Amine Philibert made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 59thth minute of the game Amine Philibert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Amine Philibert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ground Control's supporters rose to their feet, but Amine Philibert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pascal Trefzer made in the 70th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Amine Philibert immediately put the ball in play. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amine Philibert went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amine Philibert in the 82nd minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ground Control booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Sanz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amine Philibert in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Jacobo Nores stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amine Philibert's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The Ground Control fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Ground Control's Felix Laget looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ground Control were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Paraguay for a fine match.
