Wawrzyniec Bartocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Bartocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfred Porajewski scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Patricio Costa notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■'s Wawrzyniec Bartocha. Wawrzyniec Bartocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. One of ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Venezuela:s goal. When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wawrzyniec Bartocha. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Venezuela's Patricio Costa suffered a fractured collar bone after 69 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Venezuela's Roberto Ocampo was substituted for Patricio Costa. 74 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■ the free kick. Joshua Secada's late challenge caught a ■La■ ■Tristesse■ ■Durera■'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
