Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 played minutes FC Angst vorm Ball got a freekick which was hit by Steven Bachmayr. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 4th minute of play forced FC Angst vorm Ball's goalkeeper Jens Schrape to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens Schrape made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Joachim Krabbe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Matthias Zahn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. After 16 minutes, Matthias Zahn made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chile's Thiago Pliego tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Matthias Zahn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Zahn in the 21st minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Steven Bachmayr was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Angst vorm Ball's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Steven Bachmayr almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. Jens Schrape showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute of the match, Matthias Zahn tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thiago Pliego saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matthias Zahn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Krabbe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens Schrape narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Matthias Zahn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Angst vorm Ball fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Jens Schrape showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 66th minute of the match. Joachim Krabbe struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Thiago Pliego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Angst vorm Ball. FC Angst vorm Ball made a substitution. Jan-Hauke Lewe replaced Julius-Lasse Schwering. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Zahn, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Jens Schrape made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 76th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Angst vorm Ball fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chile had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
