Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilson do Vale. Nilson do Vale dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 6th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Sobiss short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Guilherme Varela in the 11th minute of play. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Luiz Guilherme Varela got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-1. Julio Vera was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Luiz Guilherme Varela capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luiz Guilherme Varela really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Rafael Sobis put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Ecuador's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Natã dos Santos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 34th match minute, Bandelocos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão Quirino to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilson do Vale showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bandelocos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nilson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Brasil during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bandelocos's Daniel Brasil got a free kick in the 40th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bandelocos. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Luiz Guilherme Varela notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Sobis was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Luiz Guilherme Varela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Nilson do Vale. Bandelocos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Camilo Gisbert charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Gisbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. In the 75th match minute, Bandelocos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Moraes to maneuver through the defense. Luís Gustavo Urbano kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Nilson do Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilson do Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael Sobis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Nilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson do Vale made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Bandelocos were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
