Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ćiro Immobile started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ferdinand Pflügge came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 5th minute, Ćiro Immobile left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spvgg München-Lerch. 05 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 8th minute of play forced Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's goalkeeper Ferdinand Pflügge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ćiro Immobile in the 12th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ferdinand Pflügge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ćiro Immobile, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 31st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Pflügge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ferdinand Pflügge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the game, Erwin Jankowsky recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Erwin Jankowsky showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Spvgg München-Lerch. 05 got a freekick which was hit by Caspar Allendorf. 58 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdinand Pflügge. Spvgg München-Lerch. 05's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 92nd minute Ulryk Zachemski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Ulryk Zachemski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa.
