Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) FC Corrado's Csaba Nagy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Balázs Kaiser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Balázs Kaiser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Balázs Kaiser quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 7th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Corrado's goalkeeper Balázs Kaiser, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Corrado's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Csaba Nagy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Balázs Kaiser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Balázs Kaiser saved FC Corrado from getting behind. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balázs Kaiser having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from András Puja in the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Balázs Kaiser made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gáspár Dobi during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Corrado getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Gáspár Dobi hit a great ball. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Balázs Kaiser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ferenc Weszely hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Balázs Kaiser. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Despite being the better team, Ecuador failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
