Artur Zbydniowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Peru booed when Łowcy Goroli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saeed Ghods didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Saeed Ghods made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bryant Reina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. The throw-in from Saeed Ghods in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Bryant Reina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Roman Dobrowski kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Łowcy Goroli's Bryant Reina. Bryant Reina was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 73 minutes into the match, Łowcy Goroli's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Bryant Reina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrzej Szewczenko. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Bryant Reina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Rafael Gallo took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryant Reina. Bryant Reina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0.
