Edmund Rakoski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The FC 68AKSARAY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Venezuela were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, FC 68AKSARAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mevlüt Ünsevin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC 68AKSARAY's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Rakoski came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzhan Sarıaslan, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuzhan Sarıaslan in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes FC 68AKSARAY got a freekick which was hit by Ümit Yalkın. A collision led to FC 68AKSARAY getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mehmet Akif Koytan's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Akif Koytan helped the player get up and apologised. Venezuela's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
