Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fausto de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arcan Çapan got free with Julio Vera in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Arcan Çapan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Jonathan Steelman sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FCF north's Arne Wijk got a free kick in the 19th minute. Fausto de Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto de Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Arcan Çapan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Fausto de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Jonathan Steelman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arcan Çapan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xie Yan to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arcan Çapan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to FCF north getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Arne Wijk hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Camilo Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto de Almeida. FCF north's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xie Yan in the 74th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Luis Andino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fausto de Almeida quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84th minute, Luis Andino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fausto de Almeida, passed just outside the right post. In the 86th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, FCF north's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Sancho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ecuador played a much better game than FCF north and deserved their victory. The FCF north players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
