In the 8th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anacleto Peruxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Christian Mikelats managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vamos los PIBES's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Mikelats was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anacleto Peruxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 15th minute of play. Anacleto Peruxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anacleto Peruxu quite easily take care of the ball. Feliciano Donzel kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anacleto Peruxu was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After 26 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anacleto Peruxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 48 played minutes Vamos los PIBES got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Perpinya. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
Vamos los PIBES's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cristian Sancho 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. In the 54th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Vamos los PIBES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Ponciano to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Vamos los PIBES's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Vamos los PIBES's Anacleto Peruxu managed to reach the ball for a save. 61 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anacleto Peruxu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Anacleto Peruxu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 65th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Donzel in the 69th minute of play. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Anacleto Peruxu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Anacleto Peruxu made a huge save. In the 80th minute, Paolo James hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vamos los PIBES's Anacleto Peruxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Vamos los PIBES from getting a goal against them. Paolo James kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ambrosio Indalecio in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Peruxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ecuador played a much better game than Vamos los PIBES and deserved their victory. The Vamos los PIBES players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
