Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Tristan in the 3rd minute of the match. Biagio Tolin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 5th match minute, Medoacus Maior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corrado Piscopo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 7th minute of play forced Medoacus Maior's goalkeeper Biagio Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Biagio Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Corrado Piscopo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Miguel Tristan sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the match, Medoacus Maior's Miguel Tristan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Medoacus Maior's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Biagio Tolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Medoacus Maior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Devis Tolin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Urtungo Verdejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute of the match Medoacus Maior got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elia Bosco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Miguel Tristan scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 1-0. 45 minutes into the match, Medoacus Maior's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Biagio Tolin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Devis Tolin hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Tristan to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Tristan's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Tristan came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Urtungo Verdejo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Tolin was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-1. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Biagio Tolin could save by the left post. 70 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Bosco came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Tolin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 72nd minute. Biagio Tolin made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Miguel Tristan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Miguel Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Tristan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Qais Khorshed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Medoacus Maior's Biagio Tolin. Biagio Tolin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
