An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 17th minute of play forced Trecebarras's goalkeeper Vito Abasalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Abasalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Mariano Lacasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Abasalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vito Abasalo having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Machado Babia got free with Thiago Pliego in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vito Abasalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Chile's Mariano Lacasa managed to work through Trecebarras's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mariano Lacasa dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Trecebarras's Vito Abasalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xamin Salazar in the 39th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trecebarras's goalkeeper Vito Abasalo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Trecebarras defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vito Abasalo. The Trecebarras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vito Abasalo should have stopped the shot. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Machado Babia in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, Trecebarras's Vito Abasalo got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vito Abasalo made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th match minute, Trecebarras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osoro Erosa to maneuver through the defense. Chile's attentive Alan Tamayo managed to snatch the ball when Machado Babia made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. 88 minutes into the match, Trecebarras's goalkeeper Vito Abasalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 90 minutes into the match, Trecebarras's goalkeeper Vito Abasalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa.
